These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Brzo i Lokalno application.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing, or using Brzo i Lokalno, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. Purpose of the app

Brzo i Lokalno is a platform for connecting users, craftsmen, and creators through profiles, works, job posts, offers, applications, ratings, and communication tools.

3. Accounts and accuracy

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
• You must not impersonate another person or provide misleading identity information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app for harmful, deceptive, unlawful, or abusive purposes.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Spam, scams, fraud, deception, or misleading listings.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, intimidation, or abusive conduct.
• Illegal, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• Content that violates another person’s privacy, rights, or intellectual property.
• Abuse of messaging, ratings, reporting, blocking, or other app systems.
• Attempts to interfere with the app, security, data, or other users.

6. User content

You are responsible for the content you upload, publish, send, or otherwise make available in the app, including profiles, works, messages, job posts, offers, applications, ratings, and descriptions.

You represent that you have the right to publish the content you provide and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

7. Moderation and enforcement

We may review reports, investigate abuse, block or restrict access, remove content, suspend features, or limit or terminate accounts where necessary for safety, policy enforcement, legal compliance, or platform integrity.

8. Ratings, reports, and blocks

The app may provide ratings, reporting, and blocking features. These tools must not be abused, manipulated, or used in bad faith.

9. Third-party services

The app may rely on third-party service providers and infrastructure to function, including Google/Firebase services (authentication, database, storage, messaging, security features) and WeatherAPI for weather forecast data shown in weather planning parts of the app.

10. Weather and planning information disclaimer

Weather-related information in the app is informational only and depends on third-party forecast sources. Forecasts may be delayed or inaccurate. Users are responsible for their own safety decisions and should not rely only on in-app weather guidance.

11. No guarantee of outcomes

Brzo i Lokalno is a platform for connection and discovery. We do not guarantee the quality, legality, reliability, availability, safety, or outcome of any interaction, work, agreement, offer, job, or communication between users.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brzo i Lokalno is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app, your inability to use the app, user interactions, or user-generated content.

13. Account termination and deletion

You may request deletion of your account through the app or through the public deletion page: Delete Account.

We may also limit, suspend, or terminate accounts where necessary for policy enforcement, safety, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
