Some limited information may be retained, minimized, or anonymized where necessary for legitimate reasons such as security, fraud prevention, abuse handling, legal compliance, dispute handling, or record integrity.
For example, some rating-related records may be anonymized rather than kept linked to the deleted account.
Brzo i Lokalno uses third-party infrastructure (including Google/Firebase services). Some technical traces may remain for limited periods in backups, logs, or legal/security records according to provider and legal requirements, even after account deletion is processed.
We aim to process valid deletion requests within a reasonable period. Additional time may be required where verification, technical review, or legal retention obligations apply.
