This Privacy Policy explains how Brzo i Lokalno collects, uses, stores, shares, and deletes personal data in connection with the Brzo i Lokalno mobile application.
Brzo i Lokalno is a local marketplace application that helps connect users, craftsmen, and creators through profiles, public works, job posts, offers, ratings, and communication features.
Depending on how you use the app, we may collect and process the following categories of data:
Platform role: used to route app features (seeking services vs offering services). It is required to complete registration. Without it, onboarding is not finished. Role-related information may be visible on profiles. Processed via Firebase/Google services and may be processed outside Bosnia and Herzegovina. Kept while the account exists. Access, correction, and deletion are available through profile editing, account deletion, or by contacting us.
Representation and business details (type, name, seat): used so other users can understand how you present yourself. Required for new registrations; older accounts without these fields can keep using the app, and the public profile may show that representation is not stated. On the public profile, representation type, business type, business name, and municipality/city of seat may be visible. These details are self-declared and are not treated as officially verified. Processed via Firebase services and may be processed outside Bosnia and Herzegovina. Kept while the account exists or until you change or delete them. Correction is available in Edit profile; deletion via account deletion or contact.
Business declaration version and acceptance time: used as a record that you confirmed your right to represent the stated business. Required only when you choose business representation. Not shown publicly. Kept with the account. Access/deletion via request or account deletion.
Certain information may be visible to other users when you choose to publish it or use app features that display content publicly or to other users. This may include profile details, public works, ratings, job posts, offers, applications, and messages where applicable.
On a public profile, the following may also be visible when provided: how you present yourself, type of business entity, business name, and municipality/city of the business seat. A disclaimer may appear stating that the user provided the data and that Brzo i Lokalno has not verified the registration.
We do not sell personal data to advertisers. We use third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate the app, including Firebase / Google services (authentication, database, storage, push notifications, App Check, and related security features) and WeatherAPI (forecast data used for weather planning views). This means certain data are sent to those providers and may be processed outside Bosnia and Herzegovina.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to protect users, the app, or the public.
We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain account functionality, support legitimate business and safety purposes, and comply with legal obligations.
When a user requests account deletion, we attempt to delete or remove associated account data such as profile data, works, uploaded images, jobs, offers, applications, block records, and ordinary messages connected to the account.
In some cases, limited information may be retained or transformed for legitimate reasons such as security, fraud prevention, abuse handling, legal compliance, or record integrity. For example, some rating-related records may be anonymized instead of remaining linked to the deleted user account.
Users can request deletion of their app account and associated data through the in-app path and through the public deletion page: Delete Account.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
The app is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law without appropriate supervision or legal basis. Do not use the app if you are not permitted to do so under applicable law.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights related to accessing, correcting, deleting, or requesting information about your personal data. You may contact us using the email address listed below.
The app contains a short privacy summary screen for quick understanding. Full legal documents are published on external GitHub Pages links available inside the app settings (Privacy Policy, Terms, Delete Account).
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
